Moving to Lancaster area and I want to swap

Hi all. I will be moving to the Lancaster area (Mountville) in October and would love to connect with other ATC makers or paper art afficionados. I have been very active in the arts all my life and can't imagine living without it. My favorite medium is collage. I am a paper junky, but usually integrate papers and fibers with feathers, beads, textiles, acrylics and whatever new inspiration turns up. I would love to learn about the Lancaster art scene - is there an arts council? art supply store? bead shop?
